How it works
Getting support is simple.
1. Talk to us
Call or email Headzpace and tell us what is becoming difficult, what support you are looking for and what matters most to you.
2. Free initial assessment

Where appropriate, family members or other professionals can also be involved.
3. Your support plan
We’ll agree what support is required, how often you would like us to visit and what you would like our team to help with.
4. Care begins
Once everything has been agreed, our team can begin providing your support.
5. We keep reviewing
People’s circumstances change.
We will review your support with you and adapt it where appropriate as your needs, confidence or independence change.

Headzpace Supported Accommodation
Sometimes support within someone’s existing home is not the right option.
In addition to Headzpace at Home, Headzpace provides supported accommodation for individuals who require a more structured or specialist living environment.
This means we can consider different options depending on the person’s needs rather than assuming that one model of support will suit everyone.
Professionals looking for supported accommodation are welcome to contact our team to discuss current provision and availability.
